Throughout the Khilafathood of Qadiani Jamaat Khalifa 2 Mirza Mahmud Ahmad (QK2) people among his staunch followers, Waqaf-e-Zindghi, prominent personalities in Qadiani Jamaat accused QK2 of immorality in his personal character, financial embezzlements in Qadiani Jamaat funds, political ambitions at time of independence from British Raj and after that in earlier years of Pakistan’s creation, inhuman administrative policies and actions in Qadiani Jamaat. The prominent among accusers of QK2 were people like Miyyan zahid of ‘Mubailiah Group’, and Shaikh Abdur Rehaman Misri sahib (who use to be acting Ameer of Qadiani Jamaat in absence QK2 from Qadian), Dr. Abdul Latif (he was husband of sister of wife of QK2), Abdul Wahab Omar (brother of wife of QK2) etc. All of these were either personal witness, or their close family members were victims of QK2 questionable character etc. Unlike these, there were QK2 followers, who though not initially victims of QK2’s his policies and actions, starting in early 1950s took up the mission of informing the Pakistani society the truth about QK2 through newspapers, booklets and pamphlets, mass mailing especially to Qadiani Jamaat followers of QK2, speeches, protest camps on government land across the main highway in Rabwah, Pakistan etc. This group of mainly 6 young men formed the group ‘Haqiqqat Passand Party (HPP)’ (The Party of Realists).
Professor Chaudhary Ghulam Rasool sahib, M.A. (Arabic), M.A. (Islamic Studies), L.L.B. of Chak #35, Sargodha, Pakistan was the first person to question QK2. The HPP movements started with a single sentence, in a personal letter, that Professor C.G. Rasool sahib wrote to QK2 in reply to his (QK2) Friday sermon and in defense of Maulana Noor Ud Din sahib. Later Professor sahib got so much on the nerves of QK2 that even in last speech of his life on Annual Jalsa, in 1956 (available on Qadiani Jamaat official website ‘Khilafat-e-Haqa-Islamia’) QK2 mentioned Professor sahib name 3 times. Professor sahib is also mentioned in ‘Tarikh-I-Ahmadiyyat’ (History of Qadiani Jamaat), volume 19, authored by their historian Doost Muhammad Shahid.
Up till now there has been one-sided propaganda, and name-calling of Professor sahib by QK2 speeches and his followers though the use of Qadiani Jamaat newspapers and other publications. Now with the power of Internet and YouTube Professor sahib has video recorded his side of story. Hopefully in due time Professor sahib’s version of story, comprising on many hours of interview will gradually become available on Internet.
Professor sahib version of story is important for Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement (LAM) for two reasons. One: In his interview Professor sahib has clarified that HPP was indigenous movement of Qadianis, and had NO support from LAM. Two: Abdul Manan Omar sahib (Marhoom and Maghfoor) (son of Hazrat Maulana Noor Ud Din), who represented LAM in 1974 Pakistan National Assembly trial of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad sahib, was NOT a member of HPP and had NO role in its founding, or in its mission. And all the stories regarding Abdul Manan Omar sahib as the person, and LAM as a party behind HPP was concocted by QK2.

Why Qadianis keep blaming LAM for supporting HPP?
Recently, nephew of mine, (he is highly educated person, working in Dublin, Ireland) a staunch follower of Qadiani Khalifa 2 Mirza Mahmud Ahmad (QK2) in context to my original post in this thread emailed me:
“Mr. Mannan changed the very basic of his belief and joined LAM only because of (what he thought were) his problems with people in the Jama’at. Re the role of LAM in encouraging the HPP and Mr. Mannan, I would suggest you to read your publications Paigham-e-Sulah of 1956, mentioning that LAM were very happy about HPP group and offering them its stage and resources.”
Unfortunately, Qadianis make the accusations but run away from substantiating their accusation with some proof. It is extremely unfortunate to hear and read such accusations from highly educated Qadianis. It is mind boggling to see how a cult heads deprive their cult followers of rational thinking.
Thank Allah for providing us blessings of Internet. Now Paigham-e-Suleh archives are available on LAM official website http://www.aaiil.org Hopefully Qadianis will show some shame and take advantage from archives and provide some proof to support their accusations. This is also a challenge to Qadianis.

There are striking parallels between the khawarij rumour mongering at the time of Khilafat-e-Rashida and these “letter writers”. You can see this person was born into an Ahmadi environment, played kabaddi, went to school etc etc.. but never learnt the islamic values.
Every political party in Pakistan has street vendors for rumours. They get involved in spreading false news and exaggerated accounts to sow seeds of doubt among their neighbours.
Shorish Kashmiri’s name is also interesting. This shows the level of faith that LAM has in Promised Messiah (as), that they will use filthy propaganda by Shorish and his ilk who were the leaders of the rejectors of Promised Messiah (as).
These shameless people have not only tried to malign the names of holy personalities, but also dragged the names of innocent, honorable ladies in their filthy rumors. Who would want to speak to such people?

The Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement refutes and objects to the wrong beliefs expressed by the Qadiani Jamaat and its khalifas. Any personal allegations are a matter between the accusers and the accused. Having said that there is no denying that Qadiani Jamaat Khalifa 2 Mirza Mahmud Ahmad (QK2) and his followers to this day continue and will continue to blame Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement elders, and its newspapers for “supporting” marhoom Abdul Manan Omar sahib and young Qadianis of ‘Haqiqat Passand Party’ who rebelled against QK2. Qadiani leadership would have loved to even accuse LAM for supporting ‘Mubailiah Group’ and ‘Fakhar ud Din Multani Saheed and Shaikh Abdur Rehman Misri sahib’ if they could.
I was about to write a post on how and when Abdul Manan Omar sahib came in contact with LAM after he left Rabwah in 1957. Including some information on how he first time met then Ameer Maulana Sadr ud Din sahib and first time offered prayer in LAM mosque, on Brandreth Road in 1957.
Regardless of what LAM thinks about QK2 and his accusers in HPP, it is important for LAM to give a reply to Qadianis to clarify our position. Otherwise Qadianis take LAM indifference as our acceptance of their accusation. I think, you being the official representative of LAM on Internet is the best person to answer Qadianis accusations.
I think for the record it is important to show that no Paigham-e-Suleh supported HPP or Abdul Manan Omar sahib.

My nephew belonging to Qadiani Jamaat, I mentioned him in previous post in this thread, has sent me references to “prove” that LAM supported marhoom Abdul Manan Omar, who according to my nephew (and all Qadianis) was conspiring to become next Qadiani Khalifa in 1956. He also alleges that LAM supported HPP. Quote from his email:

First I take Abdul Manan Omar sahib letter published in LAM newspaper Paigham-e-Sulah. It can be accessed on above link pdf file page 437.
Today is the first time I read this letter of Abdul Manan Omar sahib. I see the following points in it:
i- Allegations of conspiracy on Abdul Manan Omar sahib started in his absence when he was at Harvard University, USA tour.
ii- News about the issue, in his absence, were published beside in ‘Paigham-e-Sulah’, also in Qadiani newspaper ‘Al-Fazal’, and also in commercial newspapers ‘Times of Karachi’, ‘Pakistan Times’ ‘Nawa-e-Pakistan’, ‘Kohistan’, ‘Chitan’.
iii- He categorically denies any intention of becoming next Qadiani Khalifa. And in fact does not consider those people as his friends who mentioned his name in this regard. He went further and said that he does NOT consider himself qualified for this office and rather calls himself a weak person.
iv- He states that he has no wish for the office of Khilafat. He has no contact with any person, party and has not formed any party. Neither he considers any such activity justified.
v- He prays that in sight of merciful person who holds fear of Allah and can think that I have no role in the current conflict.
vi- He prays to Allah for His help.
Without writing reasons why Qadiani Jamaat Khalifa 2 Mirza Mahmud Ahmad (QK2) and his news paper ‘Al-Fazal’ accused Abdul Manan Omar sahib for conspiring (although I would love to write, but I’m sure Dr. Zahid Aziz sahib, moderator of this blog won’t allow it), I will write why Abdul Manan Omar sahib wrote letter to LAM newspaper.
Few years before Abdul Manan Omar sahib passed away, a former Qadiani, Ahmad Karim Shaikh of Canada, visited Abdul Manan Omar sahib at his son’s house in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. He video recorded conversation with him, that he later transcribed and posted on his website. According to that conversation, Abdul Manan Omar sahib said that when issue was hot (he used Urdu word ‘Jab Tandoor Dahek Raha Tha) and editors of commercial newspaper offered pages of their newspaper to him to write in his defense and reply to ‘Al-Fazal’, still he did not take advantage of offer and left his matter with Allah. So, he did not write in any of those commercial newspapers. So, question is why he wrote to ‘Paigham-e-Sulah’? I wish I knew about this letter and I could have asked him personally. At this time I can only write my understanding:
i- Qadiani Jamaat newspaper ‘Al-Fazal’ was NOT going to publish his explanation and reply.
ii- He had to give his public explanation for especially those who belonged to Qadiani Jamaat.
iii- He did not want to give chance to commercial newspapers to exploit the issue.
iv- He wanted to keep his explanation limited to newspaper of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad sahib’s followers.
v- He wanted to protect honor of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad sahib.
I am amazed our Qadiani Jamaat friends (and my nephew) are upset that why even Abdul Manan Omar sahib dared to clarify his position to Qadiani public and to QK2. They want Abdul Manan Omar sahib to keep mum, and listen to what ever QK2 said. They consider it a justice?
Regardless of all this, why Qadianis think by publishing Abdul Manan Omar sahib letter Paigham-e-Sulah was guilty of supporting him?
Why don’t Qadianis consider it as Abdul Manan Omar sahib’s greatness that he did not do what he could have easily done i.e. published a letter in any of the commercial newspaper, but he did not want to make the issue a newspaper fodder that could have further played into the hands of Pakistani Mulla, who were recovering from 1953 riots and Munir Commission Inquiry. Abdul Manan Omar sahib did his best to not to let HMGA honor go into hands of Pakistani Mullah.
Now I take Qadiani allegation that Paigham-e-Sulah supported Haqiqat Passand Party (HPP). My nephew referred me to article written by LAM member Muhammad Hassan Cheema sahib. He wrote article on ‘Jewish Fitna, Christian Fitna, Maududi Fitna, Pervazi Fitna and Mahmudi Fitna’. The article can be accessed on above link pdf file pages from 506 to 513. From pdf pages 510 to 513 author has written under paragraph title ‘Fitna-e-Mahmudiyyat’. Author made following points:
i- Author wrote on mission and success of HMGA in his life. And how Qadiani Jamaat Khalifa 2 Mirza Mahmud Ahmad (QK2) changed beliefs, claims and teachings of HMGA, just the way Paul did to Jesus of Nazareth.
ii- He wrote how many little and unknown people in company of HMGA became great people and famous people in service of Islam.
iii- He wrote how great people in company of QK2 became little and unknown people.
iv- He wrote how QK2 wants everyone one to accept him as “Promised Son”.
v- He wrote how in protection of British Raj declared everyone Kafir, but did not like people to declare him Kafir in 1954 Munir Inquiry Commission. And how QK2 has changed his beliefs in front of Munir Inquiry Commission.
vi- He wrote how LAM made huge efforts to prevent Qadiani Jamaat from being declared Kafir. In this regard even supported Qadiani Jamaat in time of need in 1953.
vii- He wrote how QK2 uses words in derogatory sense such as “Paighami” for LAM members.
viii- He wrote how QK2 criticized LAM missionary in San Francisco, USA for converting a Christian to Islam who married sister of King of Farooq of Egypt.
ix- He wrote how Pakistani newspaper wrote scandalous articles about Sir Chaudhry Zafarullah Khan wife Bushra Rabani, but Paigham-e-Sulah wrote in defense of her.
x- He wrote how QK2 has started using abusive words for LAM and is making claims that conspiracy is hatched against his Khilafat, and has even doubted his brothers and Sir Chaudhry Zafarullah Khan. And Sir C. Z. Khan had to make public statement to clarify him.
xi- He wrote QK2 has made absolute false allegation that LAM has infiltrated into his Qadiani Jamaat. And this QK2 did to divert attention of his followers from his own activities to control his followers.
xii- He wrote his wish to see end to QK2’s Qadiani Khlifat, which has divided the HMGA movement. And wised freedom for Qadiani Jamaat friends. He has appreciated efforts of Qadiani Jamaat friends who were struggling for freedom. He has written those scholars and missionaries who are taking part in freedom struggle, as they win their freedom they are welcome to join us, and take part in propagation of Islam.
Now no-where from the article it can be proven that LAM started HPP or supported it, financially or in any other sense. Author is simply expressing his wish and appreciating movement of Qadianis who were struggling to get freedom from tyranny of QK2. And invited those Qadianis to join LAM for propagation of Islam.
QK2 and his stooges did and still do false propaganda to create impression as if only Paigham-e-Sulah wrote in appreciation of HPP. And all they have came up with few lines of appreciation of author of an article. LAM never took any official position in support of those HPP. It is not that LAM leadership was scared of QK2. Qadianis are in absolute denial when they don’t want to accept that at least over half a dozen Pakistani Urdu and English commercial newspaper were supporting and giving heavy coverage to HPP. By the way those HPP did not need support of LAM or Paigham-e-Sulah to break the chains of tyranny of QK2. Moreover, they had support of much more powerful, and effective newspapers and their editors.
Please remember HPP was demanding from QK2 to set up an inquiry commission of people of his own liking that holds open court inquiry where HPP will provide many dozen witnesses who will testify under oath to prove QK2 has immoral character. HPP also announced that they would make QK2 to testify under oath to exonerate all charges on his immoral character. But QK2 NEVER dared to hold any such inquiry commission comprising of his own dependable judges to exonerate his self. Reason was simple he knew his character will become public and he will also qualify for Allah wrath for false testimony. Instead of holding inquiry commission QK2 made speech that Holy Prophet Muhammad never held inquiry commission then why should he. On the other hand he announced inquiry commission when people started talking about QK2 son Mirza Tahir Ahmad (later QK4) questionable life in England.
I repeat my challenge to Qadianis (and my nephew) is to prove where LAM supported HPP?
Either provide proof or stop making lies like QK2.

As a result when someone among them leaves QK2 Mirza Mahmud’s Ahmad Qadiani/Mahmudi cult based on observation and experience of QK2 family members and turn against them, they unfortunately also turn against Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad sahib. Behavior of these former QK2 Qadiani/Mahmudis is no different than those former Christians who leave Christianity based on observation and experience of Catholic Church leaders. In case of former QK2 Qadiani/Mahmudis they, because of lack of their knowledge of HMGA writings, also lump HMGA with QK2 Mirza Mahmud Ahmad and his follower cult leaders. Whereas Christians become atheist and deny existence of God
On the other hand former Qadianis/Mahmudis (e.g. Ms. Fauzia Faizi’s uncle Malik Aziz-ur-Rehman) who left the cult either based on their QK2 observation and then read HMGA books or read HMGA books and because of that left the cult, solidified their belief in HMGA as reformer of era and NOT a prophet, as propagated and taught Qadiani/Mahmudi cult to its members.

Update on Professor Chaudhry Ghulam Rasool and his family.
Chaudhry Ghulam Rasool sahib of village # 35 near Sargodha had only 10th grade/ high school education when he questioned Qadiani Khalifa 2 Mirza Mehmud Ahmad. He had to leave comfort of family, support of relatives and security of jamaat in Rabwah. He faced extreme economic hardships. It is amazing how he survived. It only proves Allah SWT is great protector to those who stand for right cause in His service. Besides getting degrees of higher level in formal education (mentioned in first post in this thread) he authored numerous books. Some of them are:

Professor Ghulam Rasool sahib has two sons. Older one recently earned his Ph.D in parasitology from University of Calgary, Canada. Younger one is doing his MS in Computer Science here in USA. Similarly, his daughters are physicians in Pakistan and USA.
My purpose of writing this post is to inform Mehmudis who held belief that Chaudhry sahib’s life will be ruined for opposing QK2 Mirza Mehmud Ahmad. In fact Allah SWT has blessed him in opposite way.

Murder of Fakhar-ud-Din Multani.
Late Fakhar-ud-Din Multani and late Shaikh Abdur Rehman Misri (principal Ahmadiyya high school Qadian) were prominent members of Qadiani Jama’at in Qadian, India when QK2 Mirza Mehmud Ahmad was Khalifa in 1937. Multani and Misri sahib came to know about immoral life of QK2 involving his personal character. They first wrote private letters to him asking him to state on oath his innocence and deny allegations. When QK2 did not make effort to exonerate him of charges, the two gentlemen made public demands to set up inquiry commission and investigate. In response QK2 incited his followers against these gentlemen. As a result a fanatic follower of QK2, Aziz Ahmad, made life attempts on these gentlemen. Fakhar-ud-Din Multani was severely stabbed and succumbed to injuries and died in few days. Criminal investigation was started by authorities, murderer was hanged to death. His funeral was led by QK2 himself. Details of this very important part of Mehmudi (those qadianis who hold belief QK2 was Musleh Mahud) history were published by Mazhar ud Din Multani (son of Fakhar ud Din Multani) in at least two of his books ‘Tarikh-e-Mehmudiat’ (History of Mehmudiat) and ‘Rabwah Ka Pope’ (Pope of Rabwah).
Anti-HMGA website http://www.ahmedi.org has published an article. It provides scanned pages of correspondence between Deputy Commissioner Gurdaspur, Governor of Punjab, and Viceroy of India at the time. Per article this confidential correspondence is released and made public by Government of India and British Government. This official correspondence gives credence to what Fakhar ud Din Multani and Haqqiqat Passand Party people have published.

On the subject of British government internal reports, perhaps the website mentioned by Rashid would place online their reports on the Hajj of Khwaja Kamal-ud-Din with Lord Headley which were obtained by me from the British National archives and whose text is at this link.
I can also supply images of the original documents if necessary. Of particular interest are the observations of British officials that Khwaja Kamal-ud-Din is:
"is a particularly active Islamic propagandist"
and about Lord Headley, that during his passing through Egypt:
"Lord Headley showed himself as an ardent Moslem and the speeches which he made revealed great devotion to the Mohammedan faith and attracted considerable attention."
The second quotation is from a letter by Field-Marshall Lord Allenby, the British High Commissioner in Egypt, to Lord Curzon, then British Foreign Secretary (and earlier famous Viceroy of India).
Also of interest to the anti-Ahmadiyya would be the file of British ministerial papers, closed until 1972, whose copy is in front of my eyes, relating to the grant to be given by the UK government for building a mosque in Central London. It contains the "Cabinet Paper" entitled:
"Proposal that His Majesty's Government should provide a site for a Mosque in London"
addressed to the Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill. On this paper, Churchill has written in his own hand: "Early Cabinet", i.e. to be put before the Cabinet at an early date. The proposal says:
"…it has been suggested that the good impression which the provision of a site by His Majesty's Government would make upon Moslem opinion throughout the world would be well worth the sum involved. …
we strongly recommend that a sum for the acquisition of a site for a mosque in London, say a sum not exceeding £100,000 should if possible be provided."
In another correspondence, a British diplomat S.E.V. Luke writes to another, Anthony Bevir, saying:
"… the Egyptian Ambassador had asked whether he, and one or two of his colleagues on the London Mosque Committee, could be given an opportunity of thanking the Prime Minister personally for the Government's decision to provide a site for a mosque and Islamic cultural centre in London."
