Earlier beliefs of leading figures of the Qadiani Jama‘at that no prophet can come after Holy Prophet Muhammad

Mirza Bashir-ud-Din Mahmud Ahmad, 2nd Khalifa:

• 1908: Mirza Mahmud Ahmad’s magazine calls Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as one of the Mujaddids of Islam.
• 1910: Mirza Mahmud Ahmad wrote that no prophet can come after Prophet Muhammad.
• 1911: Mirza Mahmud Ahmad wrote that all types of prophethoods ended with the Holy Prophet Muhammad.
• 1912: Mirza Mahmud Ahmad wrote that Khatam-un-Nabiyyin means Last Prophet.
• 1914: In a lengthy Urdu/English book, Mirza Mahmud Ahmad presented Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad to Muslims as a Mujaddid (Reformer) of Islam and a saint (wali), not as a prophet: 18 May 2021

Other prominent Qadiani figures:

• 1908: Father-in-law of Mirza Mahmud Ahmad declared Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad to be Mujaddid of 14th Century in May 1908 (two days before Hazrat Mirza’s death).
• 1909: Mufti Muhammad Sadiq (leading figure in the Qadiani Jama‘at) presents Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as one of the auliya of Islam.
• 1910: Mufti Muhammad Sadiq said: We don’t preach Hazrat Mirza’s prophethood.
• June 1914: Mirza Bashir Ahmad describes Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as mujaddid of the century.
