Issue 14

Issue 14 [@15:13]: Serge Trifkovic – “Since there is no sense of natural morality in Islam, you have to go into either the Quran or Hadith to find out what is allowed and what is not allowed.”

Rebuttal 14: Look! who is talking. If world is to follow the “natural morality” of Serge Trifkovic then there shalt be rampant Xenophobia and Genocides. Ask the Canadian government the reason why they denied him the entry into their country and deported him from the Vancouver airport on February 24, 2011[Wikipedia, Institute for the Research of Genocide, on Campus].

“Thou shalt not kill” is something one learns from one’s mother’s lap and not because the Scriptures command it. There are other natural moralities “Thou shalt commit no genocide, be it Germany, Bosnia, Rawanda etc.”; “There shalt be no apartheid, be it in Palestine”; “There shalt be no racism”; “Thou shalt not occupy and displace people”; “There shalt be no slavery, institutionalized or otherwise”; “Thou shalt not wage wars, especially the world wars and those too, twice over”; “There shalt be no bombing of towns or countries, nuclear or conventional”; “There shalt be no colonization”; “There shalt be no veto power in Security Council”; “There shalt be no alcoholism”; “There shalt be no burning of witches”; “There shalt be no sale of tickets to heaven, by any Pope or Mullah”; “There shalt be no unnatural acts of not marrying in the name of God”; “There shalt be no prostitution, and that too legalized and taxed”; “There shalt be no gambling, legalized or on the Wall Street that usurps the world economy”; “There shalt be no….etc. etc.” Think of a grand scale evil in history (- remote, recent or even in the present) with global destruction or deprivation, one and only one religion and certain peoples come to mind who did it all. Serge Trifkovic is this your religion? Is this your creed? Is this the “natural morality” that you see missing in others and desperately want them to acquire it? Sorry, Islam is quite remote from all this and you do not need “to go into either the Quran or Hadith to find out what is allowed and what is not allowed” for the “natural morality” that you practice and advocate.

But if you want to know the Laws governing the “natural morality” and the dearth thereof, then that’s when “you have to go into either the Quran or Hadith” to get an education. Welcome to Islam. As a case in point, attention of Mr. Trifkovic is drawn to experience of his own Balkans, the source of a World War and Genocide.

Muhammad Ali wrote “Islam and the Present War” in and about 1945 when WW-II ended, which is excerpted and a portion is summarized below:

“Today the Western world stands unparalleled for her material-mindedness and the pursuit of things of the flesh. In this she excels by far all other similar nations of old that have been mentioned in the Quran….”

“The question is where to look for the origin of this horrible fire [WW-II]. An observant eye will at once see that the flames of this fire have been fanned by man’s own greed and lust for power. To excel each other in the acquisition of wealth, a passion that is consuming every nation of the West, is the real thing that supplies the fuel for this fire. The material civilisation of the West has made the acquisition of wealth the highest purpose of human life. it has robbed man’s heart of that true calm and content which is born of communion with the Creator. Love of wealth has been installed in the place which should have been reserved for God in the heart of man. Wealth and wealth alone now reigns supreme over human heart in the West. It is these flames of the love of wealth, flames that were first fanned in the hearts of men, that have assumed the war flames that are consuming the Western People.”

The Quran outlines the moral law governing such flames for slanderers, defamers of the modern times and those who amass wealth for the sake of wealth alone as:

104:1. Woe to every slanderer, defamer,
104:2. who amasses wealth and counts it
104:3. he thinks that his wealth will make him abide forever.
104:4. No indeed! He will certainly be hurled into the crushing disaster;
104:5. and what will make you realize what the crushing disaster is?
104:6. It is the Fire kindled by Allah,
104:7. which rises over the hearts.
104:8. Surely it is closed in on them,
104:9. in extended columns. [Muhammad Ali – Zahid Aziz]

Quran, also identifies those who amass wealth for sake of wealth or for wars:

21:96. Till the time comes, when Gog and Magog [– The Teutonic and Slavic nations] are let loose [– and expand all over the world] and they sally forth from every point of eminence [i.e. there will be no exalted position, physically or intellectually, which will be outside of the domain of these people].

As to World Wars, past or future, the man made calamities:

18:99. And on that day We shall let some of them surge against others [– WW-II] and the trumpet will be blown [– i.e. announcement of war], then We shall gather them all together [– formation of United Nations Organization]
18:100. and We shall bring forth hell, exposed to view, on that day [– which can be witnessed in any WW-II footage] before the disbelievers [– of Law of Requital],
18:101. whose eyes were under a cover from My Reminder, and they could not bear to hear [– the state of mind of the power intoxicated West]. [Muhammad Ali – Zahid Aziz]

West that has brought itself to the abyss of moral blindness and its lack of “natural morality” is fully addressed in Quran:

18:103. Say: Shall We inform you who are the greatest losers in respect of deeds?
18:104. Those whose effort is lost in this world’s life, and they think that they are making good manufactures [– which is the gloating pride of the West, and their production and possession supersedes higher values of life].
18:105. Those are they who disbelieve in the messages of their Lord and meeting with Him, so their deeds are fruitless. Nor shall We set up a balance for them on the day of Resurrection. [Muhammad Ali – Zahid Aziz]

Words of Muhammad Ali were prophetic when he commented in light of above arguments about formation of UNO:

“Now the question is – How is it possible for this new World Order to take birth ? Worldly-ridden people again turn towards worldly means to create the new order. They think that a Conference of the representatives of all the nations will be able to construct that new order founded on international justice, peace and good will, with no room for oppression or exploitation. This is all an empty dream. The representatives who will constitute the proposed conference will after all be from among those very nations and as such they will be swayed by the same mentality. And that mentality is that every nation is striving after self-aggrandizement at the expense of other nations. The victory of one party in the present war and the defeat of the other will bring in its wake many changes. If, however, one thing will remain unchanged it will be this very mental frame.”

One Response to “Issue 14”

  1. Serge Trifkovic – “Since there is no sense of natural morality in Islam, you have to go into either the Quran or Hadith to find out what is allowed and what is not allowed.”

This remark shows the writer’s height of ignorance about Islam. Islam teaches that every human being is born with a sense of natural morality. The Quran says:

“So set yourself for religion, being upright, the nature made by Allah in which He has created mankind. There is no altering Allah’s creation. That is the right religion — but most people do not know” (30:30)

The “right religion” is true human nature, and does not consist of artificial doctrines coming from outside man.
